Start with the services included in the proposal. The Jobs step shows the jobs those services bring; open a job to inspect its tasks.

Choose assignees on the job when you know who will do the work. A new job is unassigned until you choose someone, unless you applied a saved proposal template with an explicit assignment.

When the proposal offers alternative packages, only the accepted package becomes work. Fixed-scope jobs wait on the client until acceptance.

Set up automations on a job, on a task, or on the job template the work comes from — a template's rules come with every job made from it. See job and task automations.

Billing, payment requirements, and agreement details are configured in their own proposal sections. There is no Automation step to visit.
